Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused or unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at officialfuggler@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items cannot be returned without following this process.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make the necessary corrections.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us for clarification.

Exchanges:
If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest option is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is processed.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days, no questions asked. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
