Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time for your order is between 10 and 20 working days. However, during busy promotional periods, please be aware that delivery may take longer than usual. Working days are considered as all days of the week except Sundays, public holidays, and any days when tropical cyclone warning signals are in effect.

Please note that we do not offer scheduled delivery services, and once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the delivery address.

Delivery times can be affected by several factors, including but not limited to bad weather conditions, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or stock shortages. In cases where one or more items are out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you to inform you of the situation. If necessary, we will cancel the affected items and process a refund for you.

Currently, we offer free delivery on all orders. If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive delivery attempts, your order will be canceled automatically, and the payment will be refunded to your account.

There may be instances where we cannot ship your order. Possible reasons for this include the item being out of stock, the delivery address being in a remote location that we cannot access, or if the shipping address provided is a PO Box, as we do not ship to such addresses. Additionally, there could be payment issues when placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in processing a return and refund. In cases where you received the wrong size, you can return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
